Welcome to my blog!
I'm
Jen. I have always dreamed of becoming an elementary school
teacher. In fact, my parents still have the paper I wrote in second grade
which says, “I want to be a second grade teacher when I grow up.” Fast
forward 20+ years and I am in my fifth year in 2nd grade…my
dream come true! I absolutely love teaching at my small school in sunny
California and can't imagine doing anything else.
This year I have decided to start a new adventure and try my hand at
blogging. I have also started uploading my resources on
teacherspayteachers.com. My goal is to share with you my simple ideas and
thoughts as I go through the year. I hope you enjoy reading about my
classroom and that you find ideas that may work in yours.
